Job titles: Asst. Cook / Baker
Job details/requirements:
~ Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Others or equivalent. Minimum PMR holder. Fresh culinary school graduates (Certificate) are encourage to apply;
~ Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese/Murut/Kadazan;
~ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
~ Required Skill(s): Good cookery skills, Good customer liaison skills, Good communication skills, Flexible approach,
~ Good presentation and preparation skills. Ability to carry out manual handling duties;
~ Self-motivated & drive, good initiative and possess creativity in food/bread or cake preparation and presentation;
~ Preferably with basic knowledge in fire and safety procedures, food and beverages cleanliness, equipment handling and workplace housekeeping and ensure adequate sanitation care;
~ Working within a team. Safe working practices. Working to deadlines;
~ Able to work under minimum supervision;
~ Applicant must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu;
~ Applicant will work in a Non-Halal restaurant;
~ Preferably Non-Executive specialized in
~ Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
