Job details/requirements:
~ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent. This may be waived if a candidate has substantial relevant marketing experience.
~ Required language(s): English and Chinese/Bahasa Malaysia
~ At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
~ Required Skill(s): Good teamwork skills, Communication skills and networking ability, Adaptability, Strong attention to detail, Good organisation and planning skills, Creativity and writing skills, Commercial awareness, Numerical skills, IT skills
~ Good knowledge of the commercial property industry.
- A passion in meeting people with a view of sales.
- Prospecting & delivery of good sales performance
- Able to communicate (spoken & written) creatively and with tact.
~ Able to create & foster good canvassing mechanism.
~ Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
