Requirements :
- SPM/STPM.
- Computer literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point).
- Good written & communication skils in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with clerical job in Road Maintenance
> Responsible for the daily administration of the district center and is required to assist Area Manager/Asst Area Manager in general clerical duties
> To assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports and photographs for Progress Report and Executive Report submissions
> To issue store requisition notes, to maintain the equipment ledger and office stationery and equipment ledger, to maintain the office inventory list, to file documents and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
> To collect medical chits for sick leave applications to be sent to HQ, coordinate with HQ the district staffs and JKR workers’ leave applications.
> Responsible for the daily collection, recording and submitting of all Supervisors’ Daily Report to the Manager and to ensure that all verified copies by the Manager is properly filed.
