Company Overview
Successful candidate will be mentored and trained directly under Managing Director of a well established facade glass and aluminum contracting firm which has been in operation for almost 40 years in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Roles & Responsibilities
>Preparation and execution of tendering for projects.
>To coordinate with technical team to prepare, check structural calculation and finalize design.
>Procurement preparation, planning and execution.
>To coordinate with clients and consultants on design and technical matters.
>To coordinate between factory fabricators and site installers to ensure materials are delivered to site in a timely and sequential manner.
>To monitor and report site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved shop drawing and work program.
>To prepare progress report for on going projects.
Requirements:
>Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent. Graduates encouraged to apply.
>Languages: English, Chinese and Malay.
>Able to work independently as well as in a team.
>Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
>Own transportation.
>Positive learning and ‘can-do’ attitude.
>‘Outside the box’ thinker.
