Location: Kota Kinabalu Area
Job Responsibilities:
· To perform cleaning duties in all guest areas, back of house and lobby area;
· To perform cleaning duties for Company's related properties;
· To offer professional, friendly, and engaging services consistently;
· To respond to guests’ requests in a timely manner;
· To maintain inventory of linens, amenities and supplies.
· To conduct stock count
· To report immediately any necessary maintenance items.
· To strictly follow Company housekeeping SOPs;
· To perform additional duties as needed;
Requirement:
· Able to lead a small team of Housekeepers;
· A great team player;
· Job requires movement from one property/hotel to another, within KK City Area
