Job Vacancy: Admin Account Clerk

Location: Plaza 333 Kota Kinabalu Sabah

1. Job Description

· To do dispatch when the documents send in and out.

· To key-in data entry daily and posting of financial transactions in the database.

· Ensure all data entries are accurately maintained and readily available.

· Organize and ensure proper office filing system.

· General administrative support and other relevant tasks.

· Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/ Manager.

2. Job requirement

· Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/ SPM/ ‘O’ level or higher education level in any relevant fields.

· Computer literate on Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Good attitude and responsible character.

· Able to work OT when needed to meet due date.

· No experience required. Training will be provided.

Additional Information:

Job type: Full time

Location: Plaza 333

Working time ( 1 hour lunch break) : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturday)
