Working with normal office hours and require academics qualification of Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level:
Job responsibilities as follow;
To perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
To maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
To answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
To respond to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.
To provide administrative assistance to other departments and executives as needed.
To maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Do Staff payroll, Staff Leave, Staff Recruitment and other tasks related with Human Resources
