Sous Chef is to make sure that the kitchen as a "well-oiled machine", preparing food, managing kitchen staff to make sure food prepared quickly and as delicious as possible and enforcing food safety standards.

•  Should possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary or in any other related discipline.
•  Familiar with total operation of Kitchen inclusive stewarding.
•  Energetic, pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills in both in English and Malay (spoken and written).
•  Able to interact with people at all levels. Able to work independently and meet tight dateline.
