Job Details:   
* Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
* Able to work under pressure
* Must possess a good workplace attitude and conduct yourself in a professional manner
* Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for Executive director
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
* Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
* Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
* taking dictation and minutes
- Salary: RM1,500 - RM2,500
- Preferred Education Level: Diploma

Requirements:
- 20 - 32 yrs old (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply)
- Single
- Possess related Certificate/Diploma
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Working Hours : 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri) 9am - 1pm (saturday)
- Sunday & PH - Close
