Job Description
JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
1) Responsible to maximize a hotel's revenues through the development of programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, functions’ halls / meeting and leisure facilities;
2) Accomplishes sales and marketing budgetary objectives with effective execution of plans, strategical development, implementation, and evaluation of promotional programs; and its impact and result in the field of all sales and marketing action plans.
PREREQUISITES:
Education:
Minimum Education Level: Diploma in Sales and Marketing
Preferred Education Level: Degree.
Experience:
Has at least 4 - 5 years’ experience undertaking Sales & Marketing in Hospitality Industry.
Language proficiency:
Able to write, read and communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

1. Proficiency in promotional and advertising activities;
2. Enjoys working and is passionate for the job;
3. Thrives in a fast paced environment;
4. Excels in task delegation and team work, proficient in time management;
5. Clear and effective communicator;
6. Extremely organized with a high attention to detail;

8. Ability to inspire customer trust and confidence;
9. Passionate about hospitality, sales and customer service;
10. Ability to multi-task, think fast and to deliver solutions to customer requirements;
