Education :  Candidates must possess at least Secondary/SPM/'O' Level
SPM/Diploma level

Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job vacancy Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc).
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.
Handling the timesheet and operation duties
Perform other office duties as assigned
