Job Description

4.0 Job Purpose
F&B Service Waiter / Waitress are employed by restaurants or bars and are responsible for handling reservations, greeting customers, taking orders, bringing dishes, and cleaning tables. They may also need to handle customer complaints and special requirements.

9. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
10. Previous food hygiene experience
11. Electronic ordering systems experience
12. Cash handling experience
13. Attend all briefing, meetings and training.
