VACANCY - QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements :
1) Required Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin( Preferable, ability to speak Mandarin & Cantonese is an added advantage )
2) Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building or its equivalent
3) Able to plan and organize work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
4) Good interpersonal skills, patient, good faith & work attitude, aggressive
5) Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, proactive, advance and progress with the company
6) Own transportation
7) Willing to travel / outstation when its needed.
8) Responsibility on preparing quotation, tender, contract documents. Project kick-off with Client & project teams.
9) Assist in cost estimation and future tender exercise. Prepare and analyse cost comparison & administer tender documents.
10) Preparation of pre and post contract work.
11) Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
