Job Description
JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE CHEF
POSITION SUMMARY:
Fully responsible of the Kitchen operation, ensuring innovative recipes, development of new menu continuously with attractive presentation of food and dishes and effective cost control.
PREREQUISITES:
Education:
Minimum education level: Degree
Preferred Education Level: Master
Requirements:
1)    Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skill
2)    Able to recognize good quality products accordingly to company requirement
3)    Able to lead a group of kitchen staff
4)    An eye for detailed cleanliness and hygiene.
5)    Service oriented.
