Job details/descriptions/requirements:
- Experience in day to day office administration
- Must be proficiently in English (Ability to converse in Mandarin is an extra advantage)
- Answering Phone Calls, Managing The Daily/Weekly/Monthly Task
- Memo Issuance, Report, Invoices, Delivery Order & Filing System
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers in daily operations
- Involve in quarterly stock check & Follow up related task
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries
- Responsible for order Processing which involves forecasting, planning for availability, Pre-Scheduling for shipment and so forth
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders and deliveries
- Salary: RM1,000 - RM1,400
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Minimum SPM or higher Academic Qualification
- Good command in spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
- Computer Literate & Knowledge of Accounting is preferred
- Positive attitude & Team player with mature personality and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work under pressure and tight dead line
- Training will be provided & Willing to learn
- Can start immediately
