Job details/requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 Years
- Education: SPM
- Computer Literate i.e Microsoft office.
- Have a pleasant personality and able to communicate well
- Reliable and independent.
- Establish & Maintain employee database,
- Employee orientation, training and record keeping
- Management of general maid and security matters
- Management of staff punch card/time attendance and company vehicles records
- Management of stationery/sundry
- Maintaining of company license renewals, computer software license and relevant company licenses
- Recruitment
- Typing and filling of correspondences, documentations, minute taking & management of appointments.
- Maintain Telephone & Email – Key liason for service provider/ telcos.
- Record of staff annual leave.
- Record all incoming formal documents.
- Assist in monitoring general office cleanliness for the smooth operations.
- Salary     : RM1,400 - RM1,500
