Job details:
F4 AUTOCAR DEALER
Immediate Vacancy (Full Time)
Position as: Account Admin Clerk
Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications (RM 1,500 – 2,500 ++)
Work 6 days a week, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Job Scope:
• Handling bookkeeping and keeping financial records up-to-date
• Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
• Preparing Purchase Orders
• Reconciling account balances
• Filing, mailing, banking and other duties as needed
Requirements:
• Malaysian Female Only
• Minimum SPM or diploma and above
• Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Excel & Word
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Good attitude & highly motivate
• Own Transport
• Can speak mandarin will be an added advantage
