Job Description:
Senior Sous Chef will demonstrates and helps maintain high standards that consistently exceed the expectations of guests. They control the resources, manage the processes and cultivate the understanding of good food throughout the Hotel.
Requirements
• Should possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary or in any other related discipline.
• Familiar with total operation of Kitchen inclusive stewarding.
• Energetic, pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills in both in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Able to interact with people at all levels. Able to work independently and meet tight dateline.
