Job details/Job descriptions:
• To provide leadership towards achieving restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; forecasting requirements; determining system improvements; implementing change, scheduling expenditures
• Plans menus in collaboration with and or in consultation with chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus.

PREREQUISITES:
Education:
Minimum Education Level:  Diploma In Hospitality;
Preferred Education Level: Degree in Relevant Fields.
Experience:
Has at least 4 - 5 years’ experience in Hospitality Industry.
Language proficiency:
Able to write, read and communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Essential Requirements:

•  Ability to coordinate the entire restaurant/hotel operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
•  Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Talented in publishing restaurant by designing and placing advertisements; with feature ideas; encouraging local businesses to hold social events at the restaurant.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
•  Ability to manage costs, review portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation
