1.0 Position title: Cost Controller Cum Accounts Executive
2.0 Term of Employment : Permanent
2.1 Position Summary :
The Controller is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing the food and beverage cost control initiatives across all Hotel outlets. This position will oversee, analyze, and lead the achievement of financial goals for all aspects of food and beverage purchasing, inventory, and income audits.
2.2 Job Category / Class: Executive
2.3 Salary – Wage range: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00
3.0 Essential Skills:
3.1 Minimum Education level: Diploma
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor Degree
3.2 Experience: Minimum 1-2 year work experience with accounting/store management or F&B management and related field.
3.3 Language proficiency: English and Malay
4.0 Essential requirements:
1. At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, or finance, or hospitality management or related field.
2. Knowledgeable in accounts journal entry and cost accounting.
3. Strong profit and loss analysis and reporting experience required.
4. Wide information on food & beverage items, terminologies and multi-tasking. Food and beverage management experience preferred.
5. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
6. Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills, honest and able to work as a team.
