Job Description
JOB TITLE: Bellman
REPORTS TO: Bell Service Supervisor / Duty Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the guest luggage upon guest's arrival, as well as delivering the luggage to guest's room after check-in. Escorts guests to and from their room, and may require to orienting them the features of the property, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel most welcome and more comfortable on their stay.

PREREQUISITES:
Education:
Minimum Education Level:  SPM and or Certificate in Hospitality;
Preferred Education Level:  Diploma in Relevant Fields.
Experience:
Has at least a minimum of one (1) years’ experience in Customer Service duty in similar Industry.
Language proficiency:
Able to write, read and communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Essential Requirements:

1. Pleasant personality, proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin;
2. Passion for the duty, strong sense of commitment, diligent, attention to details, has the right working attitude.
3. Clear and effective communicator;
4. Able to work long and early morning hours;
5. Ability to inspire customer trust and confidence;
6. Ability to multi-task, think fast and to deliver solutions to customer requirements;
7. Must be physically fit, and fulfil the job competency requirement, good BMI at height: 165cm, weight: 70 kg, have no eye sight deficiency
8. Possesses valid motor cycle / motor vehicle driving license,
9. A good sense of humour, flexible and forward thinking.
