Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: Hotel Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
1) Responsible to maximize a hotel's revenues through the development of programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, functions’ halls / meeting and leisure facilities;
2) Accomplishes sales and marketing budgetary objectives with effective execution of plans, strategical development, implementation, and evaluation of promotional programs; and its impact and result in the field of all sales and marketing action plans.
PREREQUISITES:
Education:
Minimum Education Level: Degree in Sales and Marketing or Degree in other related fields.
Preferred Education Level: MBA.
Experience:
Has at least 4 - 5 years’ experience undertaking Sales & Marketing in Hospitality Industry.
Language proficiency:
Able to write, read and communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
