POSITION SUMMARY:
1) To process sales enquiries for the Hotel and to actively work as sales team to increase and enhance revenues.
2) To achieve agreed KPIs and targets by proactively selling the facilities, services and product offerings and aims to meeting needs and surpass the customers’ expectations.
3) To consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
PREREQUISITES:
Education:
Minimum Education Level: Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Preferred Education Level: Degree in Sales and Marketing – Hospitality and Tourism or any other related field.
Experience:
1 - 2 years of salesmanship experience preferred.
Language proficiency:
Able to write, read and communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

1. Proficiency in promotional and advertising activities;
2. Enjoys working and is passionate for the job;
3. Thrives in a fast paced environment;
4. Excels in task delegation and team work, proficient in time management;
5. Clear and effective communicator;
