HR & Admin Assistant/Officer
[Inanam, Sabah]
Job details/Job descriptions/Job requirements:
Responsibilities:-
Responsible to assist for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as organization development, talent management, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and administrative support.
Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to HR such as the Sabah Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations Act, etc.
Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the HR department and ensure compliance to Group policies and practices.
To lead the implementation and execution of the Group’s HR strategies, policies and practices.
To provide active support for Employee Relations & welfare activities.
Manage, update & monitor of Attendance, Annual Leave, Medical Leave and any others types of leave application which including handling, manage & monitor the yearly medical expenses for all employees.
Assistance to arrange employee & staff training programs (Internal & External) prepare on boarding of new staff & employee and conduct orientation training.
Assist in manage of Foreign Workers, such as arrangement of medical check-up, work permit application and renewal and etc.
Provide general support to the pay master on the staff payroll such as lawful contributions, operators overtime records, and etc.
Perform any others duties, rolls and responsibilities related to HR and administration from time to time when assigned by Superior.
Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least Cert/Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRM System).
Good communication skills, self-motivated, independent, proactive and able to multi task.
Well versed in local Labour legislation.
Working Hour:-
Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Saturday: Off-day
Sunday: Off-day
