Responsibilities:-
 Responsible to assist for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as organization development, talent management, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and administrative support.
 Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to HR such as the Sabah Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations Act, etc.
 Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the HR department and ensure compliance to Group policies and practices.
 To lead the implementation and execution of the Group’s HR strategies, policies and practices.
 To provide active support for Employee Relations & welfare activities.
 Manage, update & monitor of Attendance, Annual Leave, Medical Leave and any others types of leave application which including handling, manage & monitor the yearly medical expenses for all employees.
 Assistance to arrange employee & staff training programs (Internal & External) prepare on boarding of new staff & employee and conduct orientation training.
 Assist in manage of Foreign Workers, such as arrangement of medical check-up, work permit application and renewal and etc.
 Provide general support to the pay master on the staff payroll such as lawful contributions, operators overtime records, and etc.
 Perform any others duties, rolls and responsibilities related to HR and administration from time to time when assigned by Superior.

Requirements:-
 Candidate must possess at least Cert/Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRM System).
 Good communication skills, self-motivated, independent, proactive and able to multi task.
 Well versed in local Labour legislation.

Working Hour:-
 Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
 Saturday: Off-day
 Sunday: Off-day
