Job Description
Job Title : F&B Supervisor
Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager
Position Summary:
F&B Supervisors are responsible for the daily operations of outlet / restaurant, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers. They oversee all of the issues pertaining to a patron's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service, as well as overseeing inventory, including F&B, supplies and other restaurant equipment.
Prerequisites:
Education:
Degree or Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to write; read and communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin
Experience:
Does have previous experience in similar Job role or minimum 4 years’ experience on F&B Supervisory job. Experience in Hotel management software and Point of sale software is an advantage.
