Responsibilities
1.    To follow up & monitor purchase orders from customers.
2.    To monitor goods delivery to customers & issue billings.
3.    To ensure goods supplied by suppliers are in order.

Requirements
1.    Diploma in Admin or equivalent. Candidates who do not possess any diploma but with years of working experience in administration are also encouraged to apply.
2.    Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
3.    Knowledge in Sage UBS Billing and Inventory is added advantage.
4.    Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word).
5.    Able to work independently, willing to learn and be responsible.
6.    Able to understand the basic BM and English, written and verbal. Able to converse Mandarin is an advantage.
Salary is given based on qualification and working experience.
