Job Title Pastry Assistant/Chef
Job Descriptions:
1). Responsible for all baking activities in kitchen including

production planning, ensuring the sanitation in workplace, and
production wastage control;
2). Responsible in daily production of all bakery and pastries
products by adhering to products recipes and SOP;
3). To maintain impeccable personal hygiene and ensure the same of the
rest of kitchen team;
4). To ensure and upkeep kitchen equipment and Safety arrangement in
the kitchen;
5). To supervise and provide training to the kitchen team as to
achieve highest standard of production quality;
6). To perform all other job related duties as requested.

Job Requirements:
1). Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Certificate/Diploma in
Culinary Arts or
2). Required skill(s): excellent leadership and people management,
passionate for pastry designs, strong HACCP knowledge, innovative and
knowledgeable in bakery productions.
3). Highly committed person with good work ethics and deeply
passionate in baking.
4). Preferred working experience at least 1-2 years in a commercial bakery.
5). Excellent baking skills
6). Good interpersonal and leadership skills

Required education: High school or equivalent

Required language: Malay
